As a child, Abhijit Bhaumik aspired to be a doctor and serve humankind. His determination grew manifold when he lost his mother as a teenager. She suffered from cancer.
Abhijit completed his Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (B.H.M.S) from Calcutta University. After receiving the medical degree and a practitioner’s registration, he joined Dr Prasanta Banerji Homoeopathic Research Foundation (Home of the Banerji Protocols) as an associate doctor in 2010. He worked with and received guidance from the world-famous homoeopaths Late Dr Prasanta Banerji and Late Dr Pratip Banerji for several years. In the same year, he also opened his first clinic in Bansdroni, South Kolkata.
Dr Abhijit Bhaumik currently runs his clinics in two chambers in Kolkata, located at Sardar Shankar Road (near Lake Mall) and Bansdroni ( near Surya Sen Metro Station) and Siliguri. He also provides services in Salk Lake, Kolkata and Krishnanagar.
Dr Abhijit Bhaumik also offers online consultations for local as well as global patients.
